The tradition of breeding horses in this region has been going on for hundreds of years. As an ideal location for horse breeding Zobnatica is known for nearly 500 years. Horse Farm was founded the distant 1779. by Bela Vojnic, seeking to create a horsemanship oasis in the Balkans. Over the course of these 250 years, many horses have long-lasting traditions through the stable, which left us with the spirit of victory. Always will be remembered the names of the Jadran II, Kazan, Avelin, Generals of Žitka, Prospector, Alvin and many other champions who had the famous Z seal on many hippodromes and always returned with laurels around the neck. The cups talk about their works and the people who loved them and created them champions from them. People used the unique nature in the Backa plain where they created a true paradise for lovers of equestrian sports. Today, Zobnatica is a homogeneous economic entity with developed crop and livestock production and very prominent tourism. But its most beautiful part continues to be rams of races and beautiful Lake Zobnatica.
